The Rajasthan Excessive Courtroom on Monday served recent notices to Bollywood stars Tabu, Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam Kothari and Dushyant Kumar, a neighborhood resident, within the 1998 blackbuck poaching case following the state authorities’s attraction towards their acquittal.
On the state authorities’s plea, the Excessive Courtroom earlier issued notices to the 5 respondents on March 11.
On Monday, Justice Manoj Garg issued them recent notices after prosecution counsel Mahipal Singh instructed the courtroom that none, besides Neelam Kothari, acquired its earlier notices.
The courtroom requested all of the 5 respondents to answer to the notices inside eight weeks.
In its plea filed on April 5 final 12 months, the Rajasthan authorities questioned the acquittal of the 5 individuals for lack of proof, when actor Salman Khan, who was accompanying them, was confirmed responsible.
